Standard Data License

Rarework Standard Data License — 2026-08-18-v1 You grant Rarework a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to process, reproduce, modify, de-identify, combine, distribute, and license the accepted work-data submission for machine-learning research, model development, evaluation, and related commercial uses. You retain ownership of your underlying work. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to grant this license; that the accepted submission excludes material you are not permitted to disclose; and that your ownership and employer/client answers are accurate. Rarework may reject or remove data that creates privacy, security, or rights risk. The accepted offer is the full payment for this license unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. This development draft must be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
